Founded in 1997, the company introduced the first private-label (store-brand) infant formulas in the U.S. infant formula category.

PBM Nutritionals, LLC, manufactures PBM's private-label and Ultra Bright Beginnings™ infant formulas in the only ISO 9001:2000-certified, infant formula-manufacturing facility in the United States. Located in Georgia, Vermont, the state-of-the-art facility has been manufacturing infant formula for more than 20 years.

PBM Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is dedicated to developing new products that improve health and quality of life. PBM Pharmaceuticals provides innovative prescription formulations, including Animi-3® and the Donnatal® family of products indicated for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), with an extended history of trust among physicians and patients.

PBM International

PBM also offers pediatric nutritionals and feeding accessories to the global market.
