Sean Stalfort is the Executive Vice President of New Business Development /Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Stalfort focuses on developing new business channels and analyzing strategic corporate investments.

Mr. Stalfort is a founding partner in Benevolent Capital Partners, a private equity investment group providing capital to small businesses within niche value-add industries, and Octagon Partners, a real estate developer focused on historic rehabilitation of unique properties in college towns.

Mr. Stalfort has held various capital markets, credit underwriting, sales and trading, merchant banking, and executive management positions at CS First Boston, Greenwich Capital Markets, Enterprise Mortgage, and Ravelin Capital.

Mr. Stalfort is a graduate of Brown University where he received a B.A. in Business Economics and Political Science. Mr. Stalfort is a member of the Virginia Chapter of YPO.
