Jack Schramm is the executive vice president of PBM Products business development, the president of PBM Pharmaceuticals, and chairman of PBM (Guangzhou) Nutritionals Co.

Presently, Mr. Schramm’s diverse activities include exploring business development ideas with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals and business acquisitions.

Before joining PBM, Mr. Schramm held several senior management executive positions with different firms and has extensive management expertise in negotiations, distribution, research, and U.S. Food and Drug Administration approvals.

Mr. Schramm is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he received a BS in economics.
